Padded bag with soft inner lining, adjustable shoulder straps and accessory pocket.
A handpan weighs between 3 and 5 kg and is made of thin steel shell. It is almost never damaged by a violent impact, but rather by the accumulation of contact: the car trunk, the corner of a door, the floor when set down too quickly. The padding distributes these impacts instead of transmitting them to the edge and the tone fields.
Always transport the instrument flat in its bag rather than on its side: this position best distributes the weight. After traveling in cold weather, leave the instrument in its bag for about thirty minutes before playing, to allow it to gradually return to room temperature.
Chaque produit bénéficie de la garantie légale de conformité de 2 ans. L'accordage des instruments est contrôlé avant l'envoi.

A handpan is almost never damaged by a single violent impact, but rather by the accumulation of minor neglect.
Sweat is slightly acidic and salty. Left on steel, it initiates oxidation that first attacks the tone fields, where the tuning is set. Wiping it down after each session is enough to prevent this.
This is the instrument's weak point: the junction of the two shells takes all the impact when it is set down or rubs against a wall. An impact at this spot can deform the shell and cause adjacent notes to go out of tune.
Flat, in a padded case. This is the only position that distributes the 3 to 5 kg of the instrument instead of having them borne by the edges.
Steel reacts to the abrupt transition from the cold outdoors to a heated room. Let the instrument reach room temperature in its case before playing.
