Return and Refund Policy

Right of withdrawal — 14 days

In accordance with Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to justify your decision.

How to return an item?

• 1. Notify us by email at contact@lunveil.fr within the 14-day period following receipt, indicating your order number. You may use the withdrawal form, although this is not mandatory.
• 2. Wait for our confirmation. We will respond within 24 business hours and provide you by email with the return address as well as the appropriate packaging instructions for the instrument. Do not make any returns without having contacted us beforehand: a package returned without prior agreement cannot be identified or processed.
• 3. Return the product within 14 days of your notification, to the address we have indicated to you.
• 4. Product condition: the product must be returned complete, in its original packaging, accompanied by any accessories.

Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.

Refund

We will proceed with a full refund of the amounts paid, including standard delivery costs, no later than 14 days after receipt of the returned product or after receipt of proof of shipment of the return, whichever is the earlier date. The refund is made via the payment method used for the order, at no additional cost to you.

Exception: digital products (PDF methods)

Our learning methods are digital content provided in PDF format, without physical medium, delivered by download. In accordance with Article L221-28 13° of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal can no longer be exercised after the content has been downloaded, once performance has begun with your express prior consent and your express waiver of the right of withdrawal, collected at the time of purchase.

Damaged product upon receipt

If your order arrives damaged, please report it to us within 48 hours at contact@lunveil.fr, attaching photos of the product and the packaging. Depending on your preference, we will offer you an exchange or a refund.

Legal guarantees

Independently of the right of withdrawal, you benefit from:

• the legal guarantee of conformity (Articles L217-3 et seq. of the Consumer Code), for a period of two years from the delivery of the goods;
• the legal guarantee against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code), allowing you to choose between cancelling the sale or a price reduction.
