Delivery Area

We deliver exclusively to Metropolitan France.

Shipping Costs

Shipping is free, with no minimum purchase required, on all orders.

Delivery Times

• Order processing: 1 to 2 business days;
• Transit: 5 to 10 business days;
• Estimated total timeframe: 6 to 12 business days.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be sent to you by email. Delivery is provided by a carrier with tracking to the address specified when ordering. You can also visit our Order Tracking page.

In Case of Delay

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at contact@lunveil.fr: we will respond within 24 business hours and carry out the necessary checks with the carrier.

Damaged Package Upon Delivery

If the package shows visible damage upon delivery, we recommend that you note your reservations with the carrier at the time of receipt, then contact us within 48 hours at contact@lunveil.fr, including photos. We will take care of resolving the issue (exchange or refund).

Digital Products (PDF Guides)

Our PDF learning guides are delivered by email immediately after order confirmation, with no delivery fees.
