General Terms and Conditions of Sale

Article 1 — Seller Identity

The site lunveil.fr is published and operated by YRM Group LLC, a Single-Member Limited Liability Company (Wyoming, USA), registered with the Wyoming Secretary of State under filing number 2026-001955207, with its registered office located at 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA.
Contact: contact@lunveil.fr — +33 7 56 80 02 42.

Article 2 — Scope

These general terms and conditions of sale (T&Cs) govern all sales concluded between YRM Group LLC (hereinafter "Lunveil") and any consumer placing an order on the lunveil.fr site for delivery in Metropolitan France. Every order implies full and unreserved acceptance of these T&Cs.

These T&Cs supplement our general terms and conditions of use, which govern access to the site itself. In the event of a contradiction between the two documents, these T&Cs shall prevail regarding all matters related to sales.

Article 3 — Products

Lunveil offers for sale handpans, tongue drums, accessories, as well as digital learning methods in PDF format. The essential characteristics of each product (dimensions, material, scale, note layout, tuning, content) are presented on each product page.

Photographs illustrate the products as faithfully as possible. Slight variations in color may exist between the displayed image and the delivered product, particularly due to screen settings and the nature of the steel, whose finish is never perfectly identical from one unit to another. These variations do not constitute a lack of conformity.

Article 4 — Price

Prices are indicated in euros, all taxes included (TTC). Delivery is free, with no minimum purchase requirement, in Metropolitan France. The price applicable to an order is the one displayed at the time of its validation.

Article 5 — Errors, inaccuracies, and availability

Despite the care taken in maintaining the site, it may happen that information is inaccurate, incomplete, or obsolete: price, availability, lead time, description, or visuals. Lunveil reserves the right to correct this information at any time, including after the validation of an order, and to cancel any order placed on the basis of manifestly erroneous information.

If an order is cancelled for this reason, you will be informed by email as soon as possible and fully refunded within 14 days, without further compensation. No obligation of permanent site updates can be inferred from the fact that certain information is updated on it.

Similarly, if a product becomes unavailable after your order is validated, you will be informed and can choose between waiting for restocking or a full refund.

Article 6 — Modification of service and prices

Product prices are subject to change at any time without notice. These changes have no effect on orders already validated, which remain governed by the price in effect at the time of their validation.

Lunveil also reserves the right to modify, suspend, or interrupt all or part of the site and the services offered, temporarily or permanently, without being held liable to any user who does not have an active order.

Article 7 — Ordering and payment

The order is validated after acceptance of these T&Cs and confirmation of payment. Payment is made online via a secure payment solution; banking data is neither collected nor stored by Lunveil. The order becomes firm and final upon receipt of the confirmation email.

Lunveil reserves the right to refuse any order that appears abnormal, particularly in the event of unusual quantities, suspicion of fraud, or a prior unresolved dispute with the same customer.

Article 8 — Delivery

Orders are delivered in Metropolitan France only. Lead times: preparation 1 to 2 business days, shipping 5 to 10 business days, for a total indicative lead time of 6 to 12 business days. A tracking number is provided by email upon shipment. Digital methods (PDF) are delivered by email immediately after the order.

In case of a damaged package, the customer is invited to issue reservations with the carrier upon receipt and to contact us within 48 hours. See our Shipping Policy.

Article 9 — Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, the customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the goods to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to justify their decision. The procedure and terms of refund are detailed in our Return and Refund Policy; a model form is available on the Withdrawal Form page.

Exception — digital content: in accordance with Article L221-28 13° of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for digital learning methods (PDF) once their download has begun with the customer's prior express agreement and express renunciation of their right of withdrawal, materialized by a checkbox at the time of purchase.

Article 10 — Legal warranties

All products sold are covered by the following legal warranties, independent of any potential commercial warranty:

  • Legal warranty of conformity (Articles L217-3 et seq. of the Consumer Code): the consumer has a period of two years from the delivery of the goods to act. They may choose between repair or replacement of the goods, subject to the cost conditions provided for in Article L217-12. They are exempt from having to prove the existence of the lack of conformity during the twenty-four months following the delivery of the goods.
  • Warranty against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code): the consumer may act within two years from the discovery of the defect and choose between rescission of the sale or a reduction of the sale price (Article 1644 of the Civil Code).

These warranties do not cover damage resulting from abnormal use of the instrument, including impacts, drops, striking with hard objects, prolonged exposure to humidity or extreme temperatures, as well as normal wear and tear of the finish.

Article 11 — Liability

In accordance with Article L221-15 of the Consumer Code, Lunveil is legally responsible towards the consumer for the proper execution of the obligations resulting from the distance contract, whether these obligations are performed by itself or by other service providers, particularly the carrier.

Lunveil may, however, be exonerated from all or part of its liability by proving that the non-performance or poor performance of the contract is attributable either to the consumer, or to the unforeseeable and insurmountable act of a third party outside the contract, or to a case of force majeure.

No provision of these T&Cs shall have the effect of limiting or excluding the rights that the consumer holds under the mandatory provisions of French law.

Article 12 — Customer service

Customer service can be reached by email at contact@lunveil.fr and by phone at +33 7 56 80 02 42, Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Response within 24 business hours.

Article 13 — Consumer mediation

In the event of an unresolved dispute with customer service, the consumer may use a consumer mediation system free of charge. The European Commission also provides an online dispute resolution (ODR) platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

Article 14 — Personal data

Data collected during an order is necessary for its processing and tracking. The methods for collecting, using, storing, and protecting your data, as well as the rights you have, are described in our Privacy Policy.

Article 15 — Suspension and termination

Lunveil reserves the right to suspend or close a customer account, and to refuse access to the site, in the event of a documented breach of these T&Cs or the general terms and conditions of use, particularly in the event of fraud, attempted payment fraud, abusive use of the right of withdrawal, or behavior detrimental to the service or its users.

This suspension has no effect on orders already paid for, which will be honored or refunded.

Article 16 — Governing law

These T&Cs are subject to French law for all applicable consumer protection provisions, with the consumer customer residing in France retaining in any case the benefit of the mandatory provisions of French consumer law.

Article 17 — Partial invalidity

If any of the provisions of these T&Cs were declared null or unenforceable, the other provisions would retain their full validity and effect.

Article 18 — Entire agreement

These T&Cs, supplemented by the general terms and conditions of use and the policies to which they refer, constitute the entire agreement between Lunveil and the customer. They replace any prior exchange, commitment, or proposal, written or oral, regarding the same subject matter.

Article 19 — Modification of the T&Cs

Lunveil reserves the right to modify these T&Cs at any time. The T&Cs applicable to an order are those in effect on the day of the validation of said order.
