These general terms and conditions of use (T&Cs) govern the access to and use of the lunveil.fr website, published by YRM Group LLC. Access to the site is free and open; browsing the site constitutes acceptance of these T&Cs. Lunveil strives to ensure continuous access to the site, without, however, guaranteeing uninterrupted availability: interruptions for maintenance, updates, or cases of force majeure may occur.
All elements of the site (texts, images, logos, learning methods, structure, graphic charter) are protected by intellectual property law and remain the exclusive property of YRM Group LLC or its partners. Any reproduction or representation, in whole or in part, without prior written authorization is prohibited. The digital learning methods sold on the site are licensed for strictly personal use: their resale, sharing, or distribution is prohibited.
Creating a customer account allows you to track your orders and manage your information. The customer agrees to provide accurate information and to maintain the confidentiality of their credentials. Any use of the account is deemed to be carried out by the account holder. Lunveil reserves the right to suspend or delete an account in the event of fraudulent use or use contrary to these T&Cs.
It is strictly prohibited to: use the site for illicit or fraudulent purposes; impair its operation or security (intrusion, massive data extraction, code injection); impersonate a third party; publish defamatory, insulting, or unlawful content; copy or commercially exploit any content from the site without authorization.
Lunveil makes every effort to ensure the accuracy of the information published on the site, without being able to guarantee the total absence of errors or omissions. Lunveil cannot be held liable for indirect damages resulting from the use of the site, nor for interruptions or malfunctions beyond its control, particularly those related to the hosting provider, the Internet network, or the user's equipment. The provisions of this article do not in any way limit the legal guarantees to which the consumer is entitled with respect to purchased products.
The site may contain links to third-party sites. Lunveil exercises no control over these sites and declines all responsibility for their content, practices, or privacy policies.
These T&Cs are subject to French law for all applicable consumer protection provisions. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought as a priority; failing this, the dispute may be submitted to consumer mediation or the competent courts.
